The House That Refuses an Heir

An original gothic anime set in an isolated manor that keeps rewriting its own history. It begins with a 40-second teaser; the full episodes will follow.

Story
Kit takes a summer job cataloguing the archives of Hallowmere. Every night the house tells its past differently, and every corridor leads him back to Hadrian, the man who keeps the estate.
Approach
Two leads with full character sheets, thirteen storyboarded shots and no dialogue: text cards carry the story, and colour tells the speakers apart.
